产教融合视角下的课程教学质量影响因素研究——基于AHP的实证分析

摘要 深化产教融合是推动高等教育和职业教育高质量发展的关键路径,而课程教学是实现产教融合目标的核心载体。试在系统识别产教融合背景下影响课程教学质量的关键因素,并厘清其相对重要性。通过文献梳理与政策分析,运用层次分析法(AHP),构建二级课程教学质量影响因素指标体系,结合CIPP模型,建立“课程目标与内容”“教学过程与方法”“师资队伍”“资源与环境”及“评价与反馈”5个一级指标和16个二级指标。通过专家咨询构建判断矩阵,计算各因素的权重并进行一致性检验。从打造“双师型”教学团队、深化项目化教学改革、共建共享教学资源库、构建多元评价体系等方面提出了提升产教融合课程教学质量的对策建议。 Deepening industry-education integration is a key path to promoting the high-quality development of higher education and vocational education,and course teaching serves as the core carrier for achieving the goal of industry-education integration.This paper attempts to systematically identify the key factors affecting the quality of course teaching in the context of industry-education integration and clarify their relative importance.Through literature review and policy analysis,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is employed to construct a two-level index system for factors affecting course teaching quality.Combined with the CIPP model,five primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators are established,covering"course objectives and content","teaching process and methods","teaching staff","resources and environment",and"evaluation and feedback".A judgment matrix is constructed through expert consultation to calculate the weight of each factor and perform consistency checks.Countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the quality of industry-education integrated course teaching are proposed from aspects such as building a"double-qualified"teaching team,deepening project-based teaching reform,jointly constructing and sharing teaching resource libraries,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.
