摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,水厂泵站在供水系统中的能耗占比超过六成。传统采用工频运行模式的问题在于阀门的节流和大马力用于小负荷的现象,这导致了严重的能源浪费。变频调速技术(Variable Frequency Drive,VFD)通过调整电机转速以实现流量与压力的精确对应,成为水厂实施节能改造的关键策略。基于此,本研究结合国家“双碳”目标,深入探讨了变频调速技术在水厂泵站中的节能潜力与工程化应用路径,仅供参考与借鉴。
With the acceleration of urbanization,water plants'pumping stations account for over 60%of energy consumption in water supply systems.The traditional industrial frequency operation mode has issues such as valve throttling and"using high power for low load",leading to significant energy waste.Variable Frequency Drive(Variable Frequency Drive,VFD)technology adjusts motor speed to achieve precise flow and pressure control,making it a key strategy for energy-saving renovations in water plants.Based on this,this study,in conjunction with the national"dual carbon"goals,delves into the energy-saving potential and engineering application pathways of VFD technology in water plant pumping stations,for reference and consideration.
