摘要 伴随工业4.0时代的开启,智能数控技术于木工机械自动化的重要性愈发凸显。系统回溯智能数控技术的定义、特性及其发展轨迹,着重阐述该技术在提升木工机械自动化水平与生产效率方面的关键效能。通过剖析当下木工机械的自动化现状及其发展历程,揭示自动化对木工行业的深远影响,尤其是在生产流程优化、资源配置效率提升以及产品质量稳定性保障等层面的突出贡献。深入探讨智能数控技术在木工机械中的具体应用场景,涵盖高精度加工、智能监测与控制系统,以及与机器人技术的融合应用等,通过典型案例展示其对行业标准提升的积极作用。研究结果表明,智能数控技术显著增强了木工机械的工作性能与操作灵活性,有力推动绿色制造理念的实践,有效降低生产过程中的资源浪费。展望未来,持续创新与跨学科融合将成为驱动智能数控技术在木工机械领域深入发展的核心动力,为该领域开拓广阔的市场前景。 With the opening of the era of Industry 4.0,the importance of intelligent numerical control technology in the automation of woodworking machinery has become increasingly prominent.The definition,characteristics and development track of intelligent numerical control technology are reviewed,and the key efficiency of this technology in improving the automation level and production efficiency of woodworking machinery is emphasized.By analyzing the current automation status of woodworking machinery and its development history,it reveals the far-reaching impact of automation on the woodworking industry,especially in the production process optimization,resource allocation efficiency improvement and product quality stability assurance.In-depth discussion of the specific application scenarios of intelligent numerical control technology in woodworking machinery,covering high-precision processing,intelligent monitoring and control systems,and integration with robot technology,etc.,through typical cases to show its positive role in the improvement of industry standards.The results show that the intelligent numerical control technology significantly enhances the working performance and operational flexibility of woodworking machinery,effectively promotes the practice of green manufacturing concept,and effectively reduces the waste of resources in the production process.Looking forward to the future,continuous innovation and interdisciplinary integration will become the core driving force for the in-depth development of intelligent CNC technology in the field of woodworking machinery,and open up broad market prospects for this field.
