摘要
当前城市面临着严峻的交通问题,文章以城市道路交叉路口场景为研究对象,选取城市道路交叉路口下的典型场景展开分析,通过情境分析法构建典型用户情景故事,并从中提炼归纳出用户需求;然后结合层次分析法提取出8个高优需求,并进行功能映射,通过多维度场景分析、需求提炼及设计验证,实现安全性与用户体验的协同提升,为复杂交通环境下的智能车载导航系统交互设计提供理论支持。
Currently,cities are facing severe traffic issues.This article focuses on the urban road intersection scenario as the research object,selecting typical scenes at urban road intersections for analysis.Through situational analysis,typical user scenario stories are constructed and user needs are distilled and summarized.Then,combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),eight high-priority needs are extracted,and functional mapping is carried out.Through multi-dimensional scene analysis,requirement refinement,and design validation,a coordinated improvement of safety and user experience is achieved,providing theoretical support for the interaction design of intelligent in-vehicle navigation systems in complex traffic environments.
