摘要
本文提出了基于BIM与IoT技术融合的高效空调机房的二次改造与节能运维策略。针对国内部分老旧机房能效低,且在改造设计时不更换空调机组的情况,通过三维建模降低系统阻力、实时数据驱动变频控制的IoT动态调控,实现能效跃升。经国内某商业综合体空调改造案例验证,该方法改造后EERa从2.8升至4.4,年节电47万kWh,节能率达31%,为建筑设备领域的改造和节能减排提供了多技术融合的思路。
This article proposes an efficient air conditioning room renovation and energy-saving operation and maintenance strategy based on the integration of BIM and IoT technologies.In response to the low energy efficiency of some old plant rooms in China,without replacing the air conditioning units during the secondary renovation,IoT dynamic control is achieved through 3D modeling to reduce system resistance and real-time data-driven variable frequency control,achieving a leap in energy efficiency.Through the case verification of the air conditioning renovation in a domestic commercial complex,the EERa of this method has increased from 2.8 to 4.4 after renovation,saving 470000 kWh of electricity annually and achieving an energy saving rate of 31%.It provides a multi technology integration approach for the renovation of building equipment and energy conservation and emission reduction.
