摘要
建筑业数字化转型中,虽现有的关键路径法、BIM4D模拟等对建筑工程的进度管理有一定帮助,但因数据采集滞后、准确性不足、信息孤岛及响应延迟等问题仍面临着挑战。本文提出“点云+BIM+数字孪生+人工智能”的框架思路,以实现进度管理的智能化转型。该方法通过扫描仪与无人机的融合使用,实现高精度点云数据采集,并结合人工智能算法对点云数据进行降噪与缺失补全,通过与转换后的BIM模型从粗到精的空间配准,量化进度百分比,最终将量化后的进度映射至数字孪生平台实现动态的可视化管理,从而提高项目的协同、管理进度和管理效率。
In the digital transformation of the construction industry,although existing methods such as the Critical Path Method and BIM4D simulation have certain benefits for the progress management of construction projects,they still face challenges due to issues like lagging data collection,insufficient accuracy,information silos,and delayed responses.This paper proposes a framework idea of“Point Cloud+BIM+Digital Twin+Artificial Intelligence”to achieve the intelligent transformation of progress management.This method realizes high-precision point cloud data collection through the integrated use of scanners and drones,combines artificial intelligence algorithms to denoise and fill in missing parts of the point cloud data,quantifies the progress percentage through spatial registration from coarse to fine with the converted BIM model,and finally maps the quantified progress to the digital twin platform to achieve dynamic visual management,thereby improving project collaboration,management progress,and management efficiency.
