城市轨道交通智慧派班的研究与应用

摘要 随着智慧交通在城市轨道交通行业的不断推进,各种新兴智能化系统得到不断开发。文章针对城市轨道交通运营单位中的派班员岗位进行了工作逻辑梳理与分析,利用物联网、计算机检测、控制技术,开发了行业内首个智慧派班系统。从总体、软件、硬件和接口4个方面对智慧派班系统的设计进行了研究,对系统实际试行期间暴露的相关缺陷和使用问题进行了分析,并提出了解决策略。该系统的成功开发,可实现对列车司机出勤情况的检测与控制,并实现列车司机出/退勤自主化、智能化和无人化。该系统在地铁运营中的成功应用,不仅提升了运营组织效率和安全运营水平,同时也对运营单位的部分人员配置起到了一定优化作用,间接创造了较大且可持续性的经济价值。 With the continuous advancement of smart transportation in the urban rail transit industry,various emerging intelligent systems have been developed.This paper systematically analyzes the workflow logic of crew dispatchers in urban rail transit operations,and develops the industry’s first intelligent crew scheduling system by using the Internet of Things,computer detection,and control technologies.The design of the intelligent crew scheduling system was investigated from four key aspects:overall architecture,software,hardware,and interfaces.The study also analyzes defects and operational issues identified during the system’s trial implementation,and solution strategies were proposed.The successful development of this system enables automated detection and control of train drivers’attendance,achieving autonomous,intelligent,and unmanned driver sign-on/off processes.The successful application of this system in metro operations has not only enhanced operational efficiency and safety standards but also optimized staffing configurations,generating significant and sustainable economic benefits.
