摘要
加强产业控制水平是保障我国高端装备制造业产业链供应链安全与稳定的重要路径。基于现有产业文献所提出的关键核心技术、行业标准、企业治理与资源等关键要素,从技术可控、企业再造、产业环境及链上伙伴4个维度解析其内在机理,并搭建产业控制模型。围绕提升轨道交通装备制造业产业控制水平,提出了“深化数字赋能、融合创新体系、强化韧性提升、优化生态建设”4方面启示建议。
Strengthening industrial governance is a crucial approach to ensuring the security and stability of the industrial and supply chain in China's high-end equipment manufacturing sector.Drawing on key elements identified in existing literature,such as core technologies,industry standards,corporate governance,and resource allocation—this study analyzes the intrinsic mechanisms across four dimensions:technological controllability,enterprise reengineering,industrial environment,and chain-based partnerships.On this basis,it develops an industrial governance model.To further enhance governance capabilities in the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,four strategic recommendations are proposed:deepening digitally empowered management,advancing systemic innovation and integration,strengthening supply chain resilience,and optimizing ecosystem cultivation.
