地铁车辆统型分线箱的功能结构优化分析

摘要 分线箱属于地铁车辆底架部分,用于实现线束分线、线束引上、密封、承载端部连接器安装。由于目前地铁车辆的底架结构、系统功能都相似,使得分线箱的外形尺寸、功能结构都相差不大。随着列车功能设计的逐渐成熟,底架分线箱的统型设计理念受到各公司重视,作为地铁车辆的一个重要组成部分,统型分线箱的结构强度、防水密封、电磁干扰和后期检修维护等也是必不可少的。为了优化统型分线箱的功能结构,整合以往多个项目的分线箱,结合设计需求,使用结构分析、软件模拟及应力计算等方式设计出更可靠的统型分线箱结构。经试验验证,此结构的分线箱性能可靠,便于维护,通用性强,能适用于绝大部分地铁车辆,大大提高了设计效率,缩短了整体的设计周期,功能结构更加稳定可靠,适合推广及应用。 The junction box is a key component installed in the underframe of metro vehicles,serving functions such as wire harness distribution,cable routing,sealing,and mounting of end connectors.As the underframe structures and system functionalities of modern metro vehicles are generally similar,the dimensional and functional differences among junction boxes are relatively minor.With the increasing maturity of train functional design,the concept of a unified junction box design has gained attention across the industry.As an essential part of metro vehicles,aspects such as structural strength,waterproof sealing,electromagnetic interference(EMI)resistance,and maintainability are critical for the unified junction box.To optimize its functional and structural design,this study integrates junction box configurations from multiple previous projects and incorporates design requirements.Through structural analysis,software simulation,and stress calculation,a more reliable unified junction box structure has been developed.Test results demonstrate that the proposed junction box offers reliable performance,ease of maintenance,and strong adaptability,making it suitable for the vast majority of metro vehicles.The optimized design significantly improves design efficiency,shortens the development cycle,and enhances structural stability and reliability,rendering it well-suited for widespread promotion and application.
