INNOVIA300型胶轮单轨车辆轴重偏差计算与分析

摘要 为探究新制式胶轮单轨车辆轴重偏差的数值,分析轴重偏差对车辆的运动性能、轮胎磨耗的影响,文章以INNOVIA300型胶轮单轨车辆数据为参考,理论分析了轴重偏差对车辆运动性能及轮胎磨损的影响,并与其他城轨项目数据进行了对比交叉验证,分别检验了车辆在空载、额定载荷和最大载荷下头车、中间车的轴重分布。结果表明,单轨车辆头车轴重偏差不宜超过6%(或额定载荷下测得的轴重与该车实际平均轴重之差不应超过实际平均轴重的2%),中间车在任何载荷下测得的轴重与该车实际平均轴重之差不应超过实际平均轴重的2%,否则会影响车辆的运动性能和轮胎的正常使用寿命。该研究为轨道车辆轴重偏差的设计提供了参考依据。 To investigate the axle load deviation of the new rubber-tired monorail vehicles and analyze their impact on dynamic performance and tire wear,this paper utilizes the data of INNOVIA300 rubber-tired monorail vehicles as a reference,theoretically analyzes the impact of axle load deviation on vehicle dynamics and tire degradation,and compares and cross-validates with data from other urban rail projects.Systematic testing was conducted to evaluate axle load distribution patterns for leading and intermediate cars under empty,rated load,and maximum load conditions.The results indicate that the axle load deviation for monorail head cars should preferably not exceed 6%(or the measured axle load under rated conditions should not deviate by more than 2%from the vehicle’s actual mean axle load).For intermediate cars,the deviation between measured axle loads and the actual mean axle load should not surpass 2%under any loading condition.Exceeding these thresholds would adversely affect the vehicle’s dynamic performance and normal tire service life.This study provides critical reference data for axle load deviation design in rail vehicles.
