无人驾驶项目不同编组列车中央控制单元软件融合设计

摘要 针对短编组与长编组地铁列车混跑的运营场景,为解决同一项目中因列车编组不同,列车中央控制单元软件需根据不同编组需求分别设计开发,为了减少前期软件开发和后期维护的工作量,方便软件管理,提出一种基于全自动无人驾驶项目列车不同编组的中央控制单元软件融合的软件设计方案。以某城市轨道交通15号线为例,首先介绍了全自动无人驾驶列车不同编组网络拓扑结构的区别,然后进一步分析不同编组网络协议、硬线I/O采集协议的不同并提出融合方案,接着提出了一种不同编组软件融合处理策略并根据场景需求开发了列车网络系统的控制、诊断功能,包括编组识别、诊断预警、不同编组间的控制、监视等功能处理,最后通过实车功能验证了不同编组的列车控制系统软件能够融合为一套软件并可靠、稳定运行。 In metro operation scenarios involving mixed operation of short and long train formations,the central control unit(CCU)software has traditionally been designed and developed separately for each formation type within the same project.To reduce the workload in both initial development and long-term maintenance,as well as to streamline software management,this paper proposes an integrated software design scheme for the CCU that accommodates different train formations in fully automatic unmanned driving projects.Taking Urban Rail Transit Line 15 as a case study,the study first outlines the differences in network topology among trains with different formations operating under fully automatic unmanned driving conditions.It then analyzes variations in network protocols and hardwired I/O acquisition protocols across formations and proposes a corresponding integration approach.A unified software processing strategy for different formations is introduced,along with the development of control and diagnostic functions for the train network system—including formation identification,diagnostic warnings,and inter-formation control and monitoring.Finally,functional tests on actual vehicles verify that the integrated CCU software can operate reliably and stably across different train formations.
