插装式平衡阀先导压力复位率提升设计与测试方法

摘要 平衡阀作为液压回路中的重要元件,可有效防止重物负载超速下降。复位率作为平衡阀的一项重要指标,决定了超载工况紧急制动的及时性,当复位率较低时,重物负载失速坠落会造成重大财产损失,严重时会造成人员伤亡。为了解决其插装式平衡阀复位率普遍较低的问题,本文以一款平衡阀为研究对象,以提升复位率为目标,对主弹簧参数、阀芯密封面加工质量、动密封O形圈参数等进行了优化设计,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,优化后复位率提升22.35%,本研究为复位率的提升提供了一个有效方法。 As an important component in the hydraulic circuit,the balance valve can effectively prevent the heavy load from falling too fast.As an important index of the balance valve,the reset rate determines the timeliness of emergency braking beyond the working condition.When the reset rate is low,the stall of the heavy load will cause significant property losses,and in severe cases,it will cause casualties.In order to solve the problem that the reset rate of the plug in balance valve is generally low,this paper takes a balance valve developed by our company as the research object,and optimizes the design of the main spring parameters,the processing quality of the valve core sealing surface,and the parameters of the dynamic sealing O ring with the goal of improving the reset rate,and carries out experimental verification.The test results show that the optimized reset rate is increased by 22.35%,which provides an effective method for improving the reset rate.
