摘要
为了实现无人井场中笼套式节流阀远程控制的精准调控,现研究其流量和流阻特性。以通径为3-1/16″的笼套式节流阀为研究对象,进行流量流阻试验,发现开度在5%~40%时,阀门消耗的功率较高。通过拟合流量系数和流阻系数与开度的曲线,得到两者的经验公式并进行了验证,结果表明经验公式具有一定的可行性。采用数值计算方法进行模拟计算,分析其流动规律,发现在节流小孔处形成了较大的压力梯度和速度梯度,流动较为紊乱。对比试验结果与数值计算结果,流量系数和流阻系数的试验值与仿真值较为吻合,相对误差均小于13%,证明数值计算方法具有一定的准确性和参考性。
In order to realize the precise control of the remote control of the cage throttle valve in the unmanned well site,the flow and flow resistance characteristics are studied.Taking the 31/16"cage type throttle valve as the research object,the flow resistance test was carried out.It was found that when the opening was 5%~40%,the power consumed by the valve was higher.By fitting the curves of flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient with opening,the empirical formulas of the two are obtained and verified.The results show that the empirical formula has certain feasibility.The numerical calculation method is used to simulate and analyze the flow law.It is found that a large pressure gradient and velocity gradient are formed at the orifice,and the flow is more disordered.Comparing the experimental results with the numerical calculation results,the experimental values of the flow coefficient and the flow resistance coefficient are in good agreement with the simulation values,and the relative errors are less than 13%,which proves that the numerical calculation method has certain accuracy and reference.
