铝电解车间环境优化与净化系统节能降耗的分析与建议

摘要 铝电解车间及净化系统由于受工艺特性和设备老化等原因影响,存在车间环境差和净化系统运行能耗高等问题。本文通过对电解槽及净化系统开展烟气参数测试,分析原因并给出合理化建议,为铝电解企业优化车间环境和降低净化系统能耗提供数据参考。 The aluminum electrolysis workshop and purification system are affected by process characteristics and equipment aging,resulting in poor workshop environment and high energy consumption during the operation of the purification system.In this paper,the parameters of the electrolytic cell and purification system flue gas are tested,the reasons are analyzed and reasonable suggestions are given.It offers data references for aluminum electrolysis enterprises to optimize workshop environment and reduce energy consumption of purification system.
