摘要
工业硅炉在高温作业过程中炉眼容易受到氧化侵蚀、机械冲刷侵蚀以及硅石和炉渣的侵蚀等,导致炉眼破损影响工业硅炉的正常运行和使用寿命。因此,研发了一种兼具抗氧化、抗冲刷性的炉眼高效修补糊,以延长工业硅炉的使用寿命。本文简要介绍了工业硅炉的工作原理,炉眼砖在生产过程中受侵蚀损坏的原因,以及现有炉眼修补糊的修补缺陷。同时,详细阐述了该高效修补糊的主要成分、制备方法和性能研究,并通过实验验证其在抗氧化、抗冲刷等方面相较其它炉眼修补糊具有明显优势。
Industrial silicon furnaces are prone to oxidation erosion,mechanical scouring erosion,erosion from silica and slag during high-temperature operation,which can lead to damage of the furnace eye and affect the normal operation as well as service life of the industrial silicon furnace.Therefore,a highly-efficient furnace eye repair paste that is both anti-oxidizing and anti-scouring has been developed to extend the service life of industrial silicon furnaces.The working principle of the industrial silicon furnace,the reasons for erosion and damage of the furnace eye bricks during production,and the defects of existing furnace eye repair pastes are briefly introduced in this paper.The main components,preparation method and performance research of this highly-efficient repair paste are described in detail,and its advantages over other furnace eye repair pastes in terms of antioxidation and anti-scouring have been verified through experiments.
