摘要
聚焦宁波时尚服装产业集群,探究产业学院建设在驱动高端人才培养方面的机制与实践举措。研究发现,在产业智能化升级与品牌化发展的大背景下,宁波市依托产教融合平台的搭建、课程体系的优化重构、双师型师资队伍的精心培育以及技术创新服务体系的完善这四大关键路径,显著缓解了设计创意类人才匮乏、技术复合型人才短缺等结构性矛盾。研究揭示了产业学院驱动人才培养的协同机制,为破解区域产业高质量发展面临的人才瓶颈难题提供了可操作的实践方案。
This study focuses on the Ningbo fashion and apparel industry cluster,exploring the driving mechanisms and practical measures of industrial college construction in promoting high-level talent cultivation.The research finds that,against the backdrop of industrial upgrading toward intelligence and brand-oriented development,Ningbo has significantly alleviated structural contradictions such as the shortage of creative design talent and the lack of technologically versatile professionals through four key pathways:the establishment of industry-education integration platforms,the optimization and reconstruction of curriculum systems,the cultivation of dual-qualified faculty teams,and the improvement of technological innovation service systems.This study reveals the collaborative mechanism through which industrial colleges drive talent development,providing a practical and actionable solution to address the talent bottlenecks hindering the high-quality development of regional industries.
