摘要
在数字经济时代,物流新质生产力的核心在教育领域体现为“数智技术+产业重构+人才培养”的深度融合。聚焦供应链管理教学领域,结合人工智能技术发展趋势,提出面向新质生产力需求的供应链管理教学创新路径,通过采用用友供应链的“亘”模型进行顶层设计的优化,重塑“理论-实践-评价”三位一体的教学体系,进而参照“三航五力”机制,重构三级课程模块体系,积极推动供应链人才培养的智能化、协同化与生态化转型,为物流教育高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践范式。
In the era of digital economy,the core of logistics new quality productivity in the education field is reflected as the deep integration of"digital intelligence technology+industrial restructuring+talent cultivation".Focusing on the teaching field of Supply Chain Management,combined with the development trend of artificial intelligence technology,this paper proposes an innovative path of teaching for Supply Chain Management oriented towards the demands of new quality productivity.By adopting the"Gen"model of Yongyou supply chain for the optimization of top-level design,reshaping the trinity teaching system of"theory-practice-evaluation".Furthermore,referencing the"Three Navigation and Five Forces”mechanism,the three-level curriculum module system is reconstructed.This actively promotes the intelligent,collaborative,and ecological transformation of supply chain talent cultivation,providing theoretical support and a practical paradigm for the high-quality development of logistics education.
