摘要
目的本研究旨在探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦与β受体阻滞剂联合应用对冠心病所致心力衰竭患者心率变异性及临床预后的影响。方法纳入本院92例冠心病心力衰竭患者,按1∶1比例分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。分组参照随机数表法,选例时间区间设定在2023年1月-2024年5月。对照组使用β受体阻滞剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,两组患者均治疗8周。比较两组患者心功能指标、心率变异性指标、再入院率。结果治疗后,两组LVEF、RNN50、SDNN均升高,LVESD、LVEDD均降低,且观察组改善更显著,再入院率更低(均P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病心力衰竭患者,在β受体阻滞剂治疗基础上联用沙库巴曲缬沙坦,在改善心功能、提升心率变异性以及降低再入院率等方面均展现出更优效果。
Objective This study aims to investigate the effects of the combination of sacubitril valsartan and beta blockers on heart rate variability and clinical prognosis in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods 92 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were included in our hospital and divided into an observation group and a control group in a 1∶1 ratio,with 46 cases in each group.Grouping refers to the random number table method,and the selected time interval is set from January 2023 to May 2024.The control group was treated with beta blockers,while the observation group was treated with a combination of sacubitril and valsartan on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks.Compared the cardiac function indices,heart rate variability indicators,and readmission rate between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,LVEF,RNN50,and SDNN increased in both groups,while LVESD and LVEDD decreased,the observation group showed more significant improvement and had a lower readmission rate(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,the combination of beta blocker therapy and sacubitril valsartan shows better effects in improving heart function,enhancing heart rate variability,and reducing readmission rates.
