摘要
目的探讨改良Devine术式联合创新固定装置在小儿隐匿性阴茎矫治中的临床疗效与美学重建效果,为优化小儿隐匿性阴茎治疗方案提供科学依据。方法选取2023年1月-2025年3月我院收治的90例隐匿性生殖器患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用传统Devine术式治疗,观察组采用改良Devine术式联合创新固定装置治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、矫治效果、美学评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组矫治效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴茎外观自然度、皮肤色泽协调性、包皮形态规整度评分分别为(9.25±0.63)分、(9.31±0.58)分、(9.18±0.61)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良Devine术式联合创新固定装置应用于小儿隐匿性阴茎矫治,具有手术创伤小、矫治效果确切、美学重建效果佳、并发症少等优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and aesthetic reconstruction outcomes of modified Devine technique combined with an innovative fixation device in pediatric cryptogenital correction,providing scientific evidence for optimizing treatment protocols.Methods A total of 90 pediatric patients with cryptogenital deformities admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2025 were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=45)or a control group(n=45)using a random number table.The control group received traditional Devine surgery,while the observation group underwent modified Devine technique with an innovative fixation device.Comparative analysis was conducted on surgical parameters,corrective outcomes,aesthetic scores,and complication rates.Results The observation group demonstrated significantly better surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospitalization duration(P<0.05).The corrective effects in the observation group better than control group(P<0.05).The observation group also achieved higher scores for penile naturalness(9.25±0.63),skin color harmony(9.31±0.58),and prepuce morphology regularity(9.18±0.61)(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.44%,markedly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Devine technique combined with an innovative fixation device offers advantages including minimal surgical trauma,precise corrective effects,superior aesthetic reconstruction,and reduced complications in pediatric cryptogenital correction,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
