摘要
目的构建基于核心自我评价的团体心理训练方案,并探讨其对新入职护理人员社交焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法整群抽取参加海军军医大学2024年4月组织的岗前培训班的新入职护理人员255名,采用基于核心自我评价的团体心理训练对其进行心理干预,干预共分为4个阶段,每阶段90~120 min。分别在训练前和训练后采用核心自我评价量表、社交焦虑量表和抑郁症状量表对被试者进行问卷调查。结果(1)在主观报告上,99.22%(253/255)的新入职护理人员对团体心理训练感到满意,97.30%(248/255)表示团体心理训练有帮助。(2)与训练前相比,新入职护理人员训练后的核心自我评价评分升高(P<0.001),社交焦虑水平(P<0.01)和抑郁水平(P<0.001)降低。(3)训练前后,核心自我评价改变量与社交焦虑及抑郁改变量呈负相关(P<0.05);核心自我评价改变量可以有效预测社交焦虑改变量(P=0.01)。结论基于核心自我评价的团体心理训练能够降低新入职护理人员的社交焦虑和抑郁水平。
Objective To construct a scheme of group psychological training based on core self-evaluation,and to explore its effects on social anxiety and depression among newly hired nursing staff.Methods The cluster sampling was used to select 255 newly hired nursing staff who participated in the pre-service training organized by Naval Medical University in April 2024.Psychological intervention was performed by the group psychological training based on core self-evaluation,and divided into four stages,each lasting 90-120 min.Core self evaluation scale,social anxiety scale,and patient health questionnaire-9 were used to conduct a questionnaire survey before and after the training.Results In subjective reports,99.22%(253/255)of the trainees were satisfied with the group psychological training,and 97.30%(248/255)stated that the training was helpful.The core self-evaluation of the newly hired nursing staff was significantly increased after training(P<0.001),while social anxiety(P<0.01)and depression levels(P<0.001)were significantly decreased.There was a negative correlation between changes of core self-evaluation and changes of social anxiety and depression(P<0.05);the change in core self-evaluation could effectively predict the change in social anxiety(P=0.01).Conclusion Group psychological training based on core self-evaluation can significantly reduce social anxiety and depression among newly hired nursing staff.
