摘要
目的筛选适用于军事训练伤防治中医诊疗技术的项目,构建中医知识培训方案,推动中医技术在基层部队的广泛应用,提高基层部队卫生人员的中医诊疗技术,减少非战斗性减员,保障部队战斗力。方法在对军事训练伤相关领域的专家进行访谈和文献回顾的基础上,设计调查问卷,并通过预实验修改形成咨询问卷,向26名中医专家进行3轮函询。筛选出适合基层部队推广的中医技术项目,并制定了详细的培训方案。结果3轮专家函询的参与度均为100%,权威系数(Cr)大于0.7,“推拿”“拔罐”重要性赋值均数均>3.5,变异系数(CV)<0.25,表明专家意见基本一致,最终确定“推拿”“拔罐”作为优先培训的中医知识项目,同时强调理论与实践相结合的重要性,并制定了详细的培训方案。结论中医知识培训对于提升部队卫生人员的专业能力具有重要作用,所确定的中医优先培训项目及制定的培训方案具有科学性和实用性,可为基层部队开展中医诊疗技术规范化培训提供借鉴参考。
Objective To select Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment techniques for preventing and treating military training injuries,develop TCM knowledge training programs,promote TCM application in grassroots military units,enhance TCM diagnosis and treatment skills of grassroots medical personnel,reduce non-combat attrition,and ensure combat effectiveness.Methods Based on expert interviews and literature reviews,we designed a questionnaire,modified it through a pilot test to create a consultation questionnaire,and conducted three rounds of mail consultations with 26 TCM experts.Eventually,TCM techniques suitable for grassroots military units were screened and a detailed training program was developed.Results In all three rounds of expert consultation,the participation rate was 100%,the authority coefficient(Cr)>0.7,the average importance score was>3.5 for both“massage”and“cupping”,and the coefficient of variation(CV)was<0.25,indicating consistent expert opinions.Massage and cupping were prioritized as TCM training items,with emphasis on combining theory with practice,and a detailed training program was developed.Conclusion TCM knowledge training is crucial for improving the professional competence of military medical personnel.The identified TCM training items and developed program are scientific and practical,offering a reference for standardized TCM diagnosis and treatment training in grassroots military units.
