摘要
针对南方某芯片企业排放的尾水,采用“三级混凝沉淀+立体生态+人工湿地”工艺进行深度处理。工程运行结果表明,在进水氟离子浓度在6.32~27.76 mg/L时,三级混凝沉淀工艺对氟离子去除率可达95%以上。综合废水水质COD 57.4~212.8 mg/L、总磷0.78~3.18 mg/L、氨氮5.54~68.56 mg/L、总氮14.92~95.02 mg/L时,立体生态与人工湿地生化生态组合工艺对COD、总磷、氨氮和总氮去除率平均值分别可达88.5%、92.2%、98.8%和82.3%。工程出水水质氟化物≤1 mg/L,COD≤20 mg/L,氨氮≤1 mg/L,总磷≤0.2 mg/L,出水水质优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类标准和回用水水质要求。本工程为芯片废水高标准深度处理提供了一定技术参考。
An advanced treatment process integrating"three-stage coagulation-sedimentation,three-dimensional ecological system,and constructed wetland"was applied to the tailwater discharged by a semiconductor manufacturing enterprise in southern China.Project operation results showed that when the influent fluoride concentration ranged from 6.32~27.76 mg/L,the three-stage coagulation-sedimentation process achieved a fluoride removal efficiency exceeding 95%.Under influent conditions of chemical oxygen demand(COD)57.4~212.8 mg/L,total phosphorus(TP)0.78~3.18 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)5.54~68.56 mg/L,and total nitrogen(TN)14.92~95.02 mg/L,the combined process of the three-dimensional ecological system and constructed wetland(biochemical ecosystem)achieved average removal efficiencies of 88.5%,92.2%,98.8%,and 82.3%for COD,TP,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN,respectively.The treated effluent met the following criteria:fluoride≤1 mg/L,COD≤20 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N≤1 mg/L,and TP≤0.2 mg/L.This effluent quality surpassed Class Ⅲ of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002)and met the requirements for reclaimed water reuse.This project provides a technical reference for the high-standard advanced treatment of semiconductor wastewater.
