无铁心圆筒永磁直线电机的电磁设计及优化

摘要 无铁心圆筒永磁直线电机(ironless tublar permanent magnet linear motor,ITPMLM)推力脉动小、响应速度快,在高端精密制造领域应用广泛。但相比于有铁心结构,ITPMLM的电磁设计文献较少,相关规律的总结还有待完善,急需更加深入的研究。本文结合ITPMLM的特点和经典永磁电机设计方法,对主要尺寸、槽极配合、绕组设计、初级、次级设计等问题作了系统性阐述,展示了参数计算的完整流程,设计结果经有限元验证能满足给定80 N的推力要求。通过参数化仿真研究了不同槽极配合下,极弧系数、永磁体外径对电磁性能的影响,给出了电磁负荷及推力与损耗的变化规律。优化结果表明,在给定性能指标下,15槽5极为最优槽极配合,极弧系数取0.3,永磁体内外径分别取7.04 mm和25.62 mm时,电机的电磁性能较优,平均推力达到85 N。 Ironless tubular permanent magnet linear motor(ITPMLM)is well-suited for high-precision manufacturing due to the advantages of low thrust ripple and rapid response.Nevertheless,their electromagnetic design remains less explored compared to iron-cored structures,calling for further systematic investigation.This paper presents a comprehensive design methodology for ITPMLM,integrating its unique features with classical permanent magnet motor design principles.It elaborates on the determination of main dimensions,slot-pole combination,winding design,and primary&secondary structures,outlining a complete parameter calculation procedure.A design case meeting a specified 80 N thrust requirement is validated via finite element analysis.Furthermore,parametric studies are conducted to analyze the impact of the pole arc coefficient and permanent magnet diameters on electromagnetic performance across different slot-pole combinations,revealing the corresponding trends in electromagnetic load,thrust,and loss.The optimization identifies a 15-slot/5-pole configuration as the optimum,with a pole arc coefficient of 0.3 and permanent magnet inner/outer diameters of 7.04 mm and 25.62 mm,respectively.This optimized design achieves a superior electromagnetic performance with an average thrust of 85 N.
