湿法炼锌体系硫酸锌溶液除氟研究现状及发展趋势

Research status and development trends of fluorine removal technology in hydrometallurgical zinc smelting system

摘要 二次锌资源的利用导致湿法炼锌体系硫酸锌溶液中F^(-)的浓度增加,对下游电积、设备及环境均会造成严重的不利影响。本文分析了硫酸锌溶液中氟的来源、走向及危害,重点论述了针铁矿法、萃取法、离子交换法、吸附法、化学沉淀法及膜处理等除氟技术的研究现状及优缺点,指出了现阶段研究中限制各类方法推广的关键问题,提出要实现实际应用的重大突破,必须重点考虑硫酸锌体系的复杂性问题,并为制备合成新型药剂以及高效环保除氟方向提供了思路,对该领域的研究及发展方向具有指导意义。 The use of secondary zinc resources raises the F^(−)concentration in the zinc sulphate solution of the hydrometallurgical zinc smelting system,which has detrimental effects on the environment,equipment and downstream electrowinning process.The sources,distribution and risks of fluorine in zinc sulphate solution were examined in this paper.The research status,benefits and drawbacks of different fluorine removal technologies,including the goethite method,extraction method,ion exchange method,adsorption method,chemical precipitation method and membrane treatment,were the main topics of discussion.It highlighted the main issues preventing different approaches from being promoted in the field of current research.This suggested that the intricacy of the zinc sulphate system should be prioritised in order to make major advancements in practical use in the future.Furthermore,it provided valuable insights for future investigations,particularly in the development of novel synthetic agents and the implementation of efficient,sustainable fluorine removal technologies.These conclusions offered important guidance for shaping future research directions and development trends in this field.
