摘要
迁徙野鸟作为病原体跨区域传播的重要载体,具有迁徙路径长、分布范围广、季节规律性强等特点,可通过迁徙活动将携带病原扩散至远离原始污染源的区域,对野生动物、家养畜禽及人类健康造成潜在威胁。因此,开展对迁徙野鸟携带病原传播风险预警,对于维护生态安全、动物健康安全和公共卫生安全具有重要意义。本文综述了我国及发达国家的野鸟携带病原传播风险预警开展现状,分析了我国现阶段迁徙野鸟携带病原传播风险预警中存在的不足与挑战,并提出了相关建议,以期为后期我国构建多时空野鸟携带病原风险预警系统和分级管控策略提供理论支持。
Wildlife,domestic livestock and poultry,and human health were potentially thre atened by migratory wild birds that could disperse pathogens carried by themselves to areas far from original sources of contamination through their migratory activities,as key vectors for cross-regional transmission of pathogens,due to their characteristics of long migration routes,wide distribution and strong seasonal regularity.Therefore,scientific and efficient early warning of the risk of pathogen transmission by migratory wild birds was of great significance for safeguarding the security of ecology,animal health and public health.Here,the status of early warning systems for pathogen transmission risks from wild birds both in China and developed countries was reviewed,the shortcomings and challenges currently available in this field in China were analyzed,followed by recommendations,with a view to theoretically supporting future construction of a multi-scale spatio-temporal early warning system and development of hierarchical control strategies for pathogen transmission risks from wild birds.
