摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理在冠状动脉CT检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年4月—2025年6月于江苏省第一人民医院进行冠状动脉CT检查的患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予人文关怀护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组候检时间、检查用时、检查后放射科停留时间更短(P<0.001)。干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.001)。观察组检查总配合度高于对照组(P=0.043)。观察组技术操作、理论水平、人文素养和基础护理评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:人文关怀护理在冠状动脉CT检查患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者心理状态,提高检查效率、患者检查配合度和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care in patients undergoing coronary CT examination.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent coronary CT examination in the First People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from April 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The waiting time,examination time,and residence time in the radiology department after examination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total cooperation degree with examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.043).The scores of technical operation,theoretical level,humanistic literacy and basic nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Humanistic care has a good application effect in patients undergoing coronary CT examination,and can ameliorate the psychological state of patients,and improve the efficiency of examination,the cooperation of patients with examination and nursing satisfaction.
