摘要
目的:观察小儿健胃宁口服液联合常规疗法治疗儿童食积型再发性腹痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年4月广东省水电医院收治的60例食积型再发性腹痛患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予小儿健胃宁口服液治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、疼痛情况。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛、腹胀、厌食及舌质积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:小儿健胃宁口服液联合常规西药治疗儿童食积型再发性腹痛的临床疗效较好,可有效缓解患儿腹痛及其他临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric Jianweining oral liquid combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of children with recurrent abdominal pain of food retention type.Methods:A total of 60 children with recurrent abdominal pain of food retention type admitted to Guangdong Hydropower Group Hospital from July 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given pediatric Jianweining oral liquid on the basis of conventional treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain,abdominal distension,anorexia,and tongue quality in the two groups reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Wong-Baker facial expression pain scale scores in the two groups reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions:Pediatric Jianweining oral liquid combined with conventional western medicine has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with recurrent abdominal pain of food retention type,and can effectively relieve abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms of children.
