摘要
目的:分析新模式下临床药学服务对医院癌痛患者的影响。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月南京市浦口区中医院收治的癌痛患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用常规药学服务,研究组在对照组基础上采用新模式临床药学服务。比较两组心理状态、认知水平、依从性及满意度。结果:干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,研究组疾病感知、情绪状况及疾病了解程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组Morisky用药依从性量表评分高于对照组(P<0.001);研究组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.006)。结论:新模式下临床药学服务干预癌痛患者的效果较好,可有效减轻其负面情绪,改善依从性,提高认知水平及满意度。
Objective:To analyze the influence of clinical pharmaceutical services under the new model on cancer pain patients in hospital.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2023,70 patients with cancer pain admitted to Pukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received conventional pharmaceutical services,and the study group received clinical pharmaceutical services under new model on the basis of the control group.The mental state,cognitive level,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the scores of disease perception,emotional status and disease understanding in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Morisky medication adherence scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.006).Conclusion:Clinical pharmaceutical service intervention under the new model has a good effect on patients with cancer pain,and can effectively relieve their negative emotions,improve their compliance,and enhance their cognitive level and satisfaction.
