摘要
缺血性肠病是一种高死亡率的消化系统疾病,随着社会老龄化程度加深、生活方式的改变,本病发病率逐年上升。中医药在消化系统疾病诊疗方面有一定优势。笔者认为缺血性肠病的主要病机是气虚血瘀。本文从病因病机、治法用药等方面论述中医治疗缺血性肠病,并附典型病例1则,为临床辨治缺血性肠病提供参考。
Ischemic bowel disease is a digestive system disease with high mortality.With the intensification of population aging and changes in lifestyle,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown certain curative effects and advantages in many aspects.The authors believe that the main pathogenesis of ischemic bowel disease is blood stasis due to qi deficiency.This paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and medication,and cites typical cases to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of ischemic bowel disease.
