磷渣粉水泥基胶凝材料低温热激发性能研究

Research on low-temperature thermal activation performance of phosphorus slag powder cement-based cementitious materials

摘要 针对磷渣粉掺入导致水泥基材料强度下降的难题,本文制备了不同磷渣粉掺量的水泥基胶凝材料,系统研究了磷渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料在不同养护温度下的水化性能与力学性能。通过标准稠度、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、水化温升分析以及胶砂抗压强度评价了磷渣粉在不同养护温度下对水泥的工作性能、水化产物及特性、力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着养护温度的升高,其削弱了磷渣粉掺入所带来的缓凝作用,显著提高磷渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料的7 d和28 d相对活性指数,养护温度由20℃升高至40℃,磷渣粉掺合料28 d相对活性指数由88%提升至115%,且随着磷渣粉掺量提高,养护温度对其性能影响越明显。 In order to address the issue of the impact of Phosphorus slag incorporation on the strength of cement,this article prepared cement-based cementitious materials with different amounts of phosphorus slag powder,and compared the hydration and mechanical properties of phosphorus slag cement composite cementitious materials at different curing temperatures.The influences of phosphorus slag powder on the workability,hydration products and characteristics,and mechanical properties of cement at different curing temperatures were evaluated through standard consistency,X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,hydration temperature rise analysis and compressive strength of the mortar.The results showed that as the curing temperature increased,the retarding effect brought by the addition of phosphorus slag powder was weakened,and the relative activity index of phosphorus slag cement composite cementitious materials at 7 days and 28 days increased significantly.When the curing temperature increased from 20℃to 40℃,the relative activity index of phosphorus slag admixture increased from 88%to 115%at 28 days.Moreover,with the increase of phosphorus slag content,the effect of curing temperature on its performance became more significant.
