摘要
公共数字文化智慧服务是文化大数据高质量发展的重要标志。档案馆等公共数字文化机构虽然拥有海量文化资源,但不同公共文化机构间的资源多处于异构状态,不利于推进公共文化智慧服务。针对图档博多源公共数字文化数据,一方面从元数据映射及本体构建入手,探讨多源异构数据的融合方案;另一方面,在数据融合的基础上,结合用户动态情境信息构建动态用户画像,并据此探讨公共数字文化智慧服务。案例研究表明,基于语义的多源数据融合能够将文化数据组织层次提升至语义层面,形成清晰的知识结构;在数据融合后,智慧服务须构建动态用户画像,以更精准地捕捉公共文化需求,从而为智慧服务提供明确目标。
Public digital cultural intelligence services are a symbol of high-quality development of cultural big data.Many public digital cultural institutions,such as archives,have a large amount of cultural resources,but the resources of different public cultural institutions are often in a heterogeneous state,which is not conducive to promoting public cultural intelligence services.The article focuses on the public digital cultural data of multiple sources in the field of image archives,and explores the fusion scheme of heterogeneous data from multiple sources in terms of metadata mapping and ontology construction;On the other hand,based on the integration scheme,dynamic user profiles are constructed from user dynamic contextual information,and intelligent services for public digital culture are explored based on dynamic user profiles.Through case studies,semantic based multi-source data fusion can elevate the organizational level of cultural data to the semantic level,forming a clear knowledge structure in the field;The intelligent services after data fusion require the construction of dynamic user profiles to more accurately capture public cultural needs and provide clear goals for intelligent services.
