过程性评价协同导生制在影像学本科实习生带教中的应用

Application of Formative Assessment Combined with Mentor System in Clinical Teaching of Undergraduate Interns in Medical Imaging

摘要 目的探索过程性评价协同导生制在影像学本科实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取某医科大学附属医院放射科本科实习生20名,分为试验组(10名)和对照组(10名),试验组采用过程性评价协同导生制教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。抽取报告200份,统计分析两组报告漏诊率、字面错误率、正常结构误判率及诊断思路错误率,并分析两名研究者评价的一致性。结果与对照组相比,试验组报告漏诊率、字面错误率、正常结构误判率及诊断思路错误率均较低(P<0.05),两名研究者评价结果具有极好的一致性,Kappa值为0.826(P<0.001)。结论过程性评价协同导生制教学模式可显著降低放射科实习生报告错误率,具有推广价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment combined with mentor system in clinical teaching of undergraduate interns in medical imaging.Methods A total of 20 undergraduate interns from the department of radiology of an affi-liated hospital of a medical university were selected and divided into an experimental group(10 interns)and a control group(10 interns).The experimental group received the teaching mode of formative assessment combined with mentor system,while the control group received the traditional teaching mode.A total of 200 reports were selected to statistically analyze the false negative rate,literal error rate,misjudgment rate of normal structures,and diagnostic thinking error rate of the two groups,and the consistency of evaluations by two researchers was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower false negative rate,literal error rate,misjudgment rate of normal structures,and diagnostic thinking error rate(P<0.05).The evaluation results of the two researchers showed excellent consistency with a Kappa value of 0.826(P<0.001).Conclusion The teaching mode of formative assessment combined with mentor system can significantly reduce the report error rate of radiology interns and has popularization value.
