摘要
目的探讨高职护生职业自我效能、职业态度和职业认同感的关系,并尝试进行中介效应分析。方法采用分层整群抽样法,于2023年10—11月对南疆某高职院校452名护生进行问卷调查,分析其职业态度、职业自我效能和职业认同感现状及关系。结果高职护生护理职业态度量表得分为[98(93,99)]分,护生职业自我效能问卷得分为[113(98,134)]分,护生职业认同问卷得分为[121(106,133)]分;职业态度与职业自我效能、职业认同感均呈显著正相关关系,职业自我效能与职业认同感亦呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01);职业自我效能在职业态度与职业认同感间具有部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.85,占总效应的66.4%。结论职业自我效能在职业态度与职业认同感之间起部分中介作用,建议针对职业态度不佳的高职护生,通过提升职业自我效能增强其职业认同感。未来需进一步优化高职护生职业心理干预策略,完善职业发展支持体系,以强化职业态度与职业认同感的联动效应。
Objective To explore the relationship among higher vocational nursing students'vocational self-efficacy,professional attitude,and professional identity,and to conduct a mediating effect analysis.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 452 nursing students from a higher vocational college in southern Xinjiang from October to November 2023.The status and relationships of their professional attitude,vocational self-efficacy,and professional identity were analyzed.Results The score of the Nursing Professional Attitude Scale for higher vocational nursing students was[98(93,99)]score;nursing students'score of Vocational Self-Efficacy Questionnaire was[113(98,134)]score,and nursing students'score of Professional Identity Questionnaire was[121(106,133)]score.Professional attitude was positively correlated with vocational self-efficacy and professional identity,and vocational self-efficacy was also positively correlated with professional identity(P<0.01).Vocational self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect between professional attitude and professional identity,with a mediating effect value of 0.85,accounting for 66.4%of the total effect.Conclusion Vocational self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between profes sional attitude and professional identity.It is suggested that for higher vocational nursing students with poor professional attitudes,their professional identity should be enhanced by improving vocational self-efficacy.In the future,it is necessary to further optimize higher vocational nursing students'vocational psychological intervention strategies and improve the vocational development support system to strengthen the linkage effect between professional attitude and professional identity.
