5G手机天线辐射特性及其在人头中SAR分布研究

摘要 人头作为受电磁辐射最敏感的部位之一,为了了解5G手机天线电磁辐射引起的人头模型比吸收率(SAR)的影响。建立多频段5G智能手机模型作为近场辐射源。仿真结果表明,天线输入功率为24dBm,工作频率为3500MHz时头皮层SAR值最大且为0.2296W/Kg。手机天线距离人头逐渐增大为30mm时,SAR值最大减小50.2%。所有SAR值计算结果均未超过ICNIRP标准(2W/Kg),对人头不会构成健康威胁。 As one of the most sensitive parts to electromagnetic radiation,the human head is affected by the specific absorption rate(SAR)of the human head model caused by electromagnetic radiation from 5G mobile phone antennas.Establish a multi band 5G smartphone model as a near-field radiation source.The simulation results show that the maximum scalp SAR value is 0.2296W/Kg when the antenna input power is 24dBm and the operating frequency is 3500MHz.When the distance between the mobile phone antenna and the human head gradually increases to 30mm,the SAR value decreases by a maximum of 50.2%.All SAR value calculations have not exceeded the ICNIRP standard(2W/Kg)and do not pose a health threat to human heads.
