摘要
个人养老金制度试点背景下,养老理财产品不仅丰富了养老金产品供给,也是推动养老金融发展的重要举措。以两次养老理财试点政策作为研究背景,选取部分养老理财产品作为研究对象,深入分析试点养老理财产品发展现状和存在问题,以此提出破局路径。研究认为,养老理财产品具有较高的收益和净值优势,不仅费用较低,还具有很强的普惠性;养老理财注重长期投资策略,提升长期投资价值。平滑机制和战略投资是此次养老理财产品设计的重要亮点。但在产品设计和投资机制等方面仍存在不足,如“养老”属性不强,差异化不足等。鉴于此,本文在产品设计与投资策略等方面提出具体的实现路径,为未来养老理财产品的更好发展提供可借鉴的思路。
In the context of the pilot of the personal pension system,pension financial products not only enrich the supply of personal pension products,but also serve as an important measure to promote the development of"pension finance".Based on two pilot policy notices for pension financial management services,this study selects some pension financial management products as research objects,deeply analyzes the current development status and existing problems of pilot pension financial management products,and proposes a breakthrough path.Research has shown that:(1)In terms of product design,pension wealth management products have high returns and net asset value advantages,which not only reduce costs but also enhance the product's universality;In terms of investment strategy,pension finance focuses on long-term investment strategies to enhance the value of long-term investments.(2)The smoothing mechanism is an important innovation in the risk design of this pension financial product.(3)There are still certain problems in the design and investment mechanism of pension financial products,such as weak"pension"attributes,insufficient differentiation,and conservative investment strategies.Based on the above research,this article proposes specific implementation paths in product design,investment strategies,and financial technology empowerment,providing reference ideas for the better development of future pension and wealth management products.
