摘要
目的 探究炔诺酮治疗复发性绝经后阴道不规则流血的临床效果。方法 复发性绝经后阴道不规则流血患者258例,按抽签法分为对照组(n=129)与研究组(n=129)。对照组使用黄体酮治疗,研究组使用炔诺酮治疗。对比两组止血时间、性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分以及治疗效果。结果 研究组流血控制时间(30.24±6.11)h、完全止血时间(42.68±6.52)h均短于对照组的(37.64±6.78)、(51.48±6.55)h,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后LH(21.37±2.06)U/L、FSH(9.46±1.07)U/L及雌二醇(131.44±22.08)pmol/L均低于对照组的(28.20±2.59)U/L、(13.44±1.82)U/L、(154.22±31.57)pmol/L,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(94.57%)高于对照组(86.05%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(5.43%)低于对照组(12.40%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组生理健康、心理健康、社会关系、环境评分分别为(88.17±1.26)、(87.51±1.98)、(88.93±1.68)、(88.28±1.30)分高于对照组的(77.06±1.57)、(76.45±1.22)、(77.31±1.05)、(77.16±1.18)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 炔诺酮可有效改善复发性绝经后阴道不规则流血患者的性激素水平,并能快速止血,治疗效果显著,且使用安全性较高,有利于改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of norethindrone in the treatment of recurrent postmenopausal vaginal irregular bleeding.Methods 258 patients with recurrent postmenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding were divided into a control group(n=129)and a study group(n=129)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with progesterone,while the study group was treated with norethindrone.The hemostasis time,sex hormone[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol,luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life score,and treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding control time of the study group was(30.24±6.11)h and the complete hemostasis time was(42.68±6.52)h,which were shorter than those in the control group[(37.64±6.78)and(51.48±6.55)h],with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had LH of(21.37±2.06)U/L,FSH of(9.46±1.07)U/L and estradiol of(131.44±22.08)pmol/L,which were lower than those in the control group[(28.20±2.59)U/L,(13.44±1.82)U/L,and(154.22±31.57)pmol/L],with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total treatment efficacy(94.57%)of the study group was higher than that of the control group(86.05%),with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(5.43%)in the research group was lower than that in the control group(12.40%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores for physical health,mental health,social relationships,and environmental factors in the study group were(88.17±1.26),(87.51±1.98),(88.93±1.68),and(88.28±1.30)points,which were higher than those in the control group[(77.06±1.57),(76.45±1.22),(77.31±1.05),and(77.16±1.18)points],with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Norethindrone can effectively improve the levels of sex hormones in patients with recurrent postmenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding.It can quickly stop bleeding,has significant therapeutic effects,and is safe to use,which is beneficial for improving the quality of life of patients.
