摘要
林洪生教授从事恶性肿瘤的中西医结合防治与康复工作40余年,总结出“固本清源”的理论思想。文章通过分析林洪生教授在“固本清源”理论指导下,治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的经验与理论,指导临床辨病、辨证及用药,以期在“固本清源”思想的指导下,通过内外同治之法,散营卫、和血脉、清热毒、攻痞坚。
Professor LIN Hongsheng has been engaged in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of malignant tumor with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 40 years.Summarized the theoretical principle of'consolidating origin and clearing source'.By analyzing professor LIN Hongsheng's experience and theory of treatment of local advanced breast cancer under the guidance of'consolidating origin and clearing source'theory,this paper aims to guide clinical disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and medication,so as to be guided by the thought of'consolidating origin and clearing source',through the internal and external treatment of the law,normalizing the ying and wei,harmonizing the blood vessels,clearing heat and poison,fighting the tough.
