算力部署与未来产业企业进入

摘要 依托算力部署重塑地区禀赋优势是培育壮大新兴产业和未来产业的必然要求。本文基于中国284个地级及以上城市的面板数据,实证探究了算力部署对未来产业企业进入的影响效应及作用机理。结果表明,算力部署能够显著促进未来产业企业进入,且经过一系列稳健性检验后,该结论仍然显著成立;异质性分析发现,算力部署更能促进沿海城市、政府数字化转型程度较高城市、大型企业稀疏城市、实数融合水平较高城市的未来产业企业进入;机制检验表明,算力部署主要通过提高要素可得性和削减进入成本来促进未来产业企业进入;进一步分析发现,国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区政策、供应链创新及应用试点政策可与算力部署形成协同效应,强化对未来产业企业进入的促进作用。本研究既为培育壮大未来产业提供经验支撑,也丰富了经济地理学关于企业选址的研究视角。 In an era where computility has emerged as a new critical strategic resource,examining its industrial cultivation effects from the perspective of future industry enterprises holds significant importance.This study empirically examines the impact and underlying mechanisms of computility deployment on the entry of future industry enterprises,based on panel data from 284 prefecturelevel and above cities in China.The results indicate that computility deployment can significantly promote the entry of future industry enterprises,and this conclusion remains statistically significant after a series of robustness tests.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that computility deployment exerts a stronger promotional effect on the entry of future industry enterprises in coastal cities,cities with higher levels of government digital transformation,cities with smaller large enterprises,and cities with higher levels of digitalphysical integration.Mechanism testing indicates that computility deployment primarily facilitates entry into future industries by enhancing factor availability and reducing entry costs.Further analysis reveals that national policies for new-generation AI innovation zones and supply chain innovation pilot programs can synergize with computility deployment,amplifying its promotional effect on future industry entry.This research not only provides empirical support for cultivating future industries but also enriches economic geography's perspective on firm location decisions.
