摘要
专科医师规范化培训(简称专培)是毕业后医学教育的重要环节,是提升专科医师临床技能,培养兼具多元能力的高层次复合型医学人才的必由之路。近年来,我国逐步探索专培新路径,上海市率先开始专培试点建设。复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院作为上海市最大的眼科专培基地,多年来致力于探索、总结和优化眼科专培工作。该文总结了复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院在眼科专培实践中的特色措施以及存在的问题,并提出优化方案,为不断细化专培体系提供参考。
Standardized fellowship training for specialists is an important part of post-graduation medical education,which is a necessary way to further improve the clinical skills of specialists and cultivate high-level composite medical talents with diversified abilities.In recent years,China has been gradually exploring a new path for standardized fellowship training of specialists,and Shanghai has taken the lead in starting the pilot construction of standardized fellowship training of specialists.As the largest ophthalmology standardized fellowship training base in Shanghai,the EYE&ENT Hospital of Fudan University has been exploring the standardized fellowship training of ophthalmologists for many years.In this paper,we summarize the special measures and existing problems in the practice of ophthalmology physician standardized training at the EYE&ENT Hospital of Fudan University,and put forward optimization measures to provide reference for the continuous refinement of the fellowship training system for specialists.
