离心复合轧辊铸造工艺数值模拟研究国内应用与创新

摘要 离心复合轧辊是轧钢设备的核心部件,其制造工艺的优化对轧辊性能和使用寿命至关重要。传统试错法存在成本高、周期长等问题,而数值模拟技术通过建立多物理场耦合模型,为工艺参数的优化和缺陷预测提供了高效手段。本文在概述国际数值模拟技术发展的基础上,重点综述了该技术在国内离心复合轧辊铸造中的应用进展,重点分析了充型与凝固模拟、多场耦合效应及工艺优化等方面的特色研究成果。通过对比国内外研究现状,本文客观评价了国内研究的显著进展与存在的不足,并在此基础上展望了未来发展趋势。 The centrifugal composite roll is a critical component of steel rolling equipment,and optimizing its manufacturing process is essential for roll performance and service life.Traditional trial-and-error approaches suffer from high costs and long cycles.In contrast,numerical simulation technology,by establishing multiphysics coupling models,provides a powerful tool for optimizing process parameters and predicting defects.Based on an overview of the development of international numerical simulation technology,this paper focuses on reviewing the progress and characteristic research findings in its application to centrifugal composite roll casting within China,specifically analyzing filling and solidification simulation,multiphysics coupling effects,and process optimization.By comparing domestic and international research status,this paper objectively evaluates the significant progress and existing shortcomings of domestic research,and on this basis,discusses future development directions.
