12个苜蓿品种萌发期的耐盐性评价

Evaluation of salt tolerance in 12 alfalfa varieties at germination stage

摘要 试验旨在筛选适宜盐碱地种植的紫花苜蓿品种。以12个紫花苜蓿品种为材料,采用培养皿滤纸发芽法,设置0(对照组)、20、40、60、80 mmol/L 5个氯化钠(NaCl)浓度梯度,测定8个萌发指标,并利用相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。结果显示,随着盐浓度升高,各品种萌发均受到不同程度抑制,且浓度越高抑制越明显。隶属函数分析显示,ZC76综合评价值(D值)为0.88,排名第1,在所有试验材料中耐盐性最好;其次为中草35号(ZC35H)、中草13号(ZC13H)、59N59、中草46号(ZC46H),D值分别为0.68、0.66、0.63、0.56;甘农3号(GN3H)的D值为0.21,在所有品种中耐盐性最差。12个品种的耐盐性由强到弱依次为:ZC76>ZC35H>ZC13H>59N59>ZC46H>中苜5号(ZM5H)>耐盐之星(NYZX)>标靶(BB)>ZC75>WL298>中苜3号(ZM3H)>GN3H。研究表明,盐胁迫显著抑制苜蓿萌发,且品种间耐盐性差异明显;ZC76、ZC35H、ZC13H、59N59和ZC46H耐盐性较强,适宜在盐碱土地区推广种植。 This experiment aimed to screen alfalfa varieties suitable for cultivation in saline-alkali soils.Using 12 alfalfa varieties as test materials,the petri dish filter paper germination method was employed.Five sodium chloride(NaCl)concentration gradients were set,included 0(control group),20,40,60,and 80 mmol/L.Eight germination indices were measured,and salt tolerance was comprehensively evaluated using correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and the membership function method.The results showed that as the salt concentration increased,the germination of all varieties was inhibited to varying degrees,with higher concentrations leading to more pronounced inhibition.Membership function analysis revealed that ZC76 had the highest comprehensive evaluation value(D value)of 0.88,ranking first and exhibiting the best salt tolerance among all tested materials.Next were Zhongcao NO.35(ZC35H),Zhongcao NO.13(ZC13H),59N59,and Zhongcao NO.46(ZC46H),with D values of 0.68,0.66,0.63,and 0.56,respectively.The D value of Gannong NO.3(GN3H)was 0.21,indicating the worst salt tolerance of all varieties.The salt tolerance of the 12 varieties,from strong to weak,was as follows:ZC76>ZC35H>ZC13H>59N59>ZC46H>Zhongmu NO.5(ZM5H)>Salt tolerant star(NYZX)>Target(BB)>ZC75>WL298>Zhongmu NO.3(ZM3H)>GN3H.The study shows that salt stress significantly inhibits alfalfa germination,and there are clear differences in salt tolerance among varieties.ZC76,ZC35H,ZC13H,59N59,and ZC46H exhibit strong salt tolerance and are suitable for promotion and cultivation in saline-alkali soil regions.
