摘要
目的:分析通调任督针刺法联合补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute ischemic stroke,AIS)对患者生活质量及EQ-5D评分的影响。方法:选取医院2021年10月至2024年8月收治的60例AIS患者作为研究对象。按照数字随机表法分为两组:对照组(30例,应用常规西医疗法)、观察组(30例,在对照组基础上应用通调任督针刺法联合补阳还五汤治疗方法)。比较两组临床治疗总有效率以及治疗前后生活质量评分、炎症因子水平、肢体运动功能评分、睡眠质量评分、EQ-5D评分。结果:与对照组相比较,观察组临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组生活质量评分、炎症因子表达水平、肢体运动功能评分、睡眠质量评分、EQ-5D评分比较无统计差异(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比较,观察组生活质量以及肢体运动功能评分更高(P<0.05),观察组炎症因子表达水平和睡眠质量评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:通调任督针刺法联合补阳还五汤治疗AIS患者的临床效果显著,且可积极改善AIS患者的生活质量、睡眠质量和肢体运动功能等。
Objective:To comprehensively analyze the effects of Regulating and Unblocking Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the quality of life and EQ-5D scores in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of 60 AIS patients admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to August 2024 were recruited as research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method:the control group(30 cases,treated with conventional western medicine therapy)and the observation group(30 cases,treated with Regulating and Unblocking Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group).The total clinical effective rate,as well as the quality of life scores,expression levels of inflammatory factors,limb motor function scores,sleep quality scores and EQ-5D scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the quality of life scores,expression levels of inflammatory factors,limb motor function scores,sleep quality scores and EQ-5D scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the quality of life scores and limb motor function scores of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),while the expression levels of inflammatory factors and sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regulating and Unblocking Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of AIS patients,and can actively improve their quality of life,sleep quality,limb motor function and other indicators.
