淤泥地层空气射流联合真空预压排水试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON AIR JET COMBINED WITH VACUUM PRELOADING DRAINAGE IN MUD DEPOSITS

摘要 滨海地区含水率高、流塑状淤泥地层真空预压排水速率及处理效果有限,为此开展真空预压改进技术研究。设计高性能射流喷嘴和节段式射流管,构建空气射流联合真空排水室内试验模型,并开展不同喷嘴–排水板距离、气压和喷嘴数量下的试验。结果表明,设计的喷嘴能显著提升空气射流速度,可促进淤泥真空预压排水量提升7%~45%;随着喷嘴与排水板距离减小、气压增大、喷嘴数量增多,空气射流对真空预压排水的促进作用增强,且在首次射流时发挥效果最好。 The vacuum preloading drainage rate and treatment effect of high-water content and flow plastic mud deposits in coastal areas were limited.Therefore,research on vacuum preloading improvement technology has been carried out.Design high performance jet nozzles and segmented jet tubes,construct an indoor experimental model of air jet combined with vacuum drainage,and conduct experiments under different distances between nozzles and drainage plates,air pressure,and nozzle numbers.The results show that the designed nozzle can significantly increase the air jet velocity,which can promote a 7%to 45%increase vacuum preloading drainage of mud deposits.As the distance between the nozzle and the drainage plate decreases,the air pressure increases,and the number of nozzles increases,the promoting effect of air jet on vacuum preloading drainage is enhanced,and the effect is maximized during the first time of jet.
