摘要
心血管疾病已成为我国城市和农村人群最主要的死亡原因。近年研究发现,线粒体功能障碍包括线粒体动力学失衡、自噬失调、线粒体膜去极化和线粒体通透性转换孔(mPTP)开放、细胞凋亡、活性氧产生过量、ATP合成减少、钙离子紊乱等影响心血管细胞正常的生理功能,并促进动脉粥样硬化、高血压、缺血再灌注损伤、肥厚型心肌病、心律失常和心力衰竭等发生发展,进而引发各种心血管疾病。本文综述了线粒体功能障碍在心血管疾病中的作用,旨在为心血管疾病的研究和治疗提供新的思路。
Cardiovascular disease has become the leading cause of death in both urban and rural populations in China.Recent studies have found mitochondrial dysfunction,such as mitochondrial dynamics imbalance,dysregulation of autophagy,mitochondrial membrane depolarization and mPTP opening,apoptosis,excessive production of reactive oxygen species,reduction of ATP synthesis and calcium ion disorder,affect the normal physiological function of cardiovascular cells,and promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,hypertension,ischemia-reperfusion injury,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,arrhythmia,heart failure,etc.,thus leading to various cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviews the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in cardiovascular diseases and aims to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
