摘要
YB511硬条包装机完成小盒透明纸包装时,其外包轮弧形板后端的瓦盖头活动板因依赖磁铁吸附,在高温环境下易失磁,导致活动板吸附力不足,引发烟包刮破及批量质量缺陷。为解决此问题,设计了一种弹簧缓冲装置以替代磁吸结构。通过理论计算确定了弹簧的刚度模量、线径及有效圈数等关键参数,并完成了安装调试。实际生产应用表明,该改进方案显著提升了设备运行稳定性,有效消除了因活动板失效而导致的烟包质量问题,减少了停机时间与备件消耗,取得了良好的经济效益。
When YB511 hard carton packaging machine completes small box cellophane packaging,the tile cover head movable plate at the back rear of the outer wrapping wheel's curved plate is easy to lose magnetism in the high temperature environment due to the dependence on magnet adsorption,resulting in insufficient adsorption force on the movable plate,causing scraped cigarette packs and batch quality defects.In order to solve this problem,a spring buffer device is designed to replace the magnetic adsorption structure.The key parameters such as stiffness modulus,wire diameter and effective coil number of the spring are determined by theoretical calculation,and the installation and debugging are completed.The actual production application shows that the improved scheme significantly improves the operation stability of the equipment,effectively eliminates the quality problem of cigarette packs caused by the failure of the movable plate,and reduces the downtime and spare part consumption,achieving good economic benefits.
