摘要
“岗课赛证”融通教学改革是职业教育深化产教融合、提升人才培养质量的重要途径。文章主要从教师、教材、教法三个维度展开研究:在教师层面,建设高水平双师团队,完善培养激励机制;在教材层面,优化课程内容设计,开发新形态一体化教材;在教法层面,系统化重构教学模式,深度推进理实融合。通过“岗课赛证”融通构建适应行业需求的教学体系,有效提升学生的职业能力和就业竞争力,为高职院校相关专业的教学改革提供了实践参考。
The integrated teaching reform of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”is an important way for vocational education to deepen the integration of industry and education and improve the quality of talent cultivation.The paper mainly conducts research from three dimensions:teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods.At the teacher level,we should build a high-level dual-teacher team and improve the training and incentive mechanism.At the level of teaching materials,we should optimize the design of course content and develop new forms of integrated teaching materials.At the teaching method level,we should systematically reconstruct the teaching mode and deeply promote the integration of theory and practice.By integrating“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”to build a teaching system that meets the demands of the industry,students’vocational abilities and employment competitiveness can be effectively enhanced,providing practical references for the teaching reform of related majors in higher vocational colleges.
