摘要
为进一步探究国产雪茄茄芯烟叶在工业发酵过程中含水率变化的规律,找出影响水分变化的因素,从而提升茄芯烟叶在工业发酵过程中人为控制水分的效率。以四川达州晾红烟原烟为样本,根据身份分为较厚和较薄的2个组别,测定并记录各阶段雪茄烟叶含水率。通过常规分析和相关性分析、多项式线性预测分析数据发现,在来料回潮、机制回潮和库房发酵阶段都呈现一定的含水率变化规律,厚度对水分均质化可能存在一定的影响。
To further explore the law of moisture content changes in domestic cigar core tobacco during industrial fermentation,identify the factors affecting moisture changes,and improve the efficiency of artificially controlling moisture in the industrial fermentation process of cigar core tobacco.This experiment took the dried red tobacco raw tobacco from Dazhou,Sichuan as the sample,and divided it into two groups:thicker and thinner according to identity.The moisture content of cigar tobacco leaves at each stage was measured and recorded.Analyze data through routine analysis,correlation analysis,and polynomial linear prediction.The results indicated that there were certain changes in moisture content during the stages of incoming moisture regain,mechanism moisture regain,and warehouse fermentation,and thickness may have an impact on water homogenization.
