摘要
在教育数字化转型背景下,职业院校教师的育人能力面临重塑与升级。在分析教师角色多维度转变的基础上,明确了教师应具备的数字化素养与教学能力、数字化沟通与协作能力、数字化资源整合与创新能力等核心能力。基于此,进一步提出教师育人能力的提升路径:革新教育理念,打破传统空间限制;重构教学能力,强化学生主体地位;增强反思能力,规避数字化教育风险;打造数字化交流生态,扩展交流维度。这些举措能够推动教师适应数字化转型,提升育人能力,为职业教育高质量发展和培养高素质职业人才提供支撑。
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education,the educational ability of teachers in vocational colleges is facing reconstruction and upgrading.On the basis of analyzing the multi-dimensional transformation of teachers’roles,this paper clarifies the core competencies that teachers should possess,including digital literacy and teaching ability,digital communication and collaboration ability,as well as digital resource integration and innovation ability.Based on this,the paper further puts forward the promotion paths for teachers’educational ability:innovating educational concepts to break the constraints of traditional teaching space;reconstructing teaching competence to strengthen the dominant position of students;enhancing reflective ability to avoid the risks of digital education;building a digital communication ecosystem to expand the dimensions of communication.These measures can promote teachers to adapt to digital transformation,improve their educational ability,and provide support for the high-quality development of vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality vocational talents.
