陇中旱地马铃薯土壤有机碳及其组分对秸秆带状覆盖的响应

Response of Soil Organic Carbon and Its Components to Straw Strip Mulching in Dryland Potato in Central Gansu

摘要 旨在探究旱地秸秆带状覆盖对马铃薯土壤有机碳组分及碳库管理指数的影响。于甘肃省农科院旱作农业试验基地布设大田试验,设秸秆带状覆盖(TSM)、地膜覆盖(TPM)、秸秆碎秆覆盖(TSR)和露地(TCK,对照)4个处理;研究不同覆盖措施对马铃薯农田播前和成熟期0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层土壤总有机碳(TOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)、土壤易氧化碳(EOC)分布及碳库管理指数的影响。结果表明:①与播前相比,TCK降低0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层TOC含量,TSM和TSR提高0~20 cm TOC含量,提高幅度分别为1.34%和12.95%;各处理降低0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层EOC、DOC和POC含量及其分配比例。②成熟期,与TCK相比,TSM显著增加了0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层TOC、EOC、DOC和POC含量,0~20 cm土层分别提高23.93%、4.40%、34.40%和20.22%;20~40 cm土层分别提高27.19%、42.22%、41.92%和69.57%;40~60 cm土层分别提高26.76%、156.52%、341.29%和43.64%。TSR较TCK提高0~20 cm、20~40 cm土层TOC、EOC、DOC和POC含量,0~20 cm土层分别提高16.37%、17.17%、45.84%和16.94%;20~40 cm土层分别提高45.06%、22.22%、38.08%和49.28%。③TSM较TCK显著提高0~20 cm土层CPI、A、AI和CPMI,分别提高31.25%、32.00%、4.00%;与TCK相比,TSR处理0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层CPI分别提高16.00%、45.00%和60.00%,CPMI分别提高17.75%、20.46%和47.11%。可见,秸秆带状覆盖能提高土壤总有机碳及其组分含量和碳库管理指数,为旱地秸秆带状覆盖栽培技术的完善提供数据支撑。 In order to explore the effects of straw strip mulching on soil organic carbon components and carbon pool management index of potato in dryland.A field experiment was carried out in the dry farming experimental base of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and four treatments were set up:straw strip mulching(Tsm),plastic film mulching(Tpm),straw and broken straw mulching(TsR)and no-mulch(Tck,control).Study on the effects undering different mulching measures on the distribution of soil total organic carbon(TOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),particulate organic carbon(POC),soil readily oxidizable carbon(EOC)and carbon pool management index in 0-20 cm,20-40cm and 40-60 cm soil layers before sowing and maturity of potato field.Compared with before sowing,the TOC content in 0—20 cm,20—40 cm and 40—60 cm soil layers was decreased by Tck treatment,while Tsm and Tsr increased and the TOC content in O-20 cm soil layer was increased by 1.34%and 12.95%by Tsm and Tsr respectively.The contents and distribution ratios of EOC,DOC and POC in 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers were reduced in treatments.Compared with Tck in maturity stage,Tsm significantly increased the contents of TOC,EOC,DOC and POC in 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers,and increased by 23.93%,4.40%,34.40%and 20.22%in 0-20 cm soil layer,respectively,and the 20-40 cm soil layer increased by 27.19%,42.22%,41.92%and 69.57%,and the 40-60 cm soil layer increased by 26.76%,156.52%,341.29%and 43.64%,respectively.Compared with Tck,TsR increased the contents of TOC,EOC,DOC and POC in 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers,and increased by 16.37%,17.17%,45.84%and 16.94%respectively in 0-20 cm soil layer.The 20-40 cm soil layer increased by 45.06%,22.22%,38.08%and 49.28%,respectively.Compared with Tck,Tsm significantly increased CPI,A,AI and CPMI in 0-20 cm soil layer by 31.25%,32.00%and 4.00%,respectively.Compared with Tck,the CPI of TsR treatment in 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers increased by 16.00%,45.00%and 60.00%,respectively,and CPMI increased by 17.75%,20.46%and 47.11%,respectively.Straw strip mulching can improve the content of soil total organic carbon and its components and carbon pool management index,and provide data support for the improvement of straw strip mulching cultivation technology in dryland.
