摘要
青年冠心病被定义为年龄≤45岁人群患有的冠心病,作为冠心病的一种特殊亚型,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。现有证据表明,胰岛素抵抗是驱动青年冠心病发生与疾病进展的重要病理生理学机制。在此背景下,甘油三酯葡萄糖指数作为反映胰岛素抵抗的新型标志物,显示出重要的研究潜力与临床价值。本文围绕甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与青年冠心病的相关性、潜在作用机制及相应干预策略进行综述,旨在为早期识别与干预青年冠心病提供新思路。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)in young adults,the occurrence of CHD in individuals aged 45 years or younger,represents a distinct subtype of the condition and has exhibited an increasing incidence in recent years.Current evidence indicates that insulin resistance serves as a key pathophysiological mechanism driving both the onset and progression of CHD within this demographic.In this context,the triglyceride-glucose index has emerged as a novel marker of insulin resistance,demonstrating significant research potential and clinical relevance.This review aims to explore the association between the triglyceride-glucose index and CHD in young adults,elucidate the underlying mechanisms,and discuss related intervention strategies,with the goal of providing new insights for the early identification and management of this condition.
